Payment methods accepted at our casino
We keep the cashier available around the clock so that payments in and payouts out carry in step with the rest of our casino floor. At winzterr, members can fund their account and pull out winnings through a balanced lineup of cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and cryptocurrencies. Every method has its own minimum, processing period and fee details, and the following table offers a concrete snapshot of what to expect before you pick. We do not invent bank rails or third-party processors that are not on this list, so the rows below are the solely channels we honour for real-money play.
| Payment method | Example minimum amount to deposit | Typical processing time | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | 10 EUR | Instant for deposits, up to 3 banking days for withdrawals | None on our side |
| E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity) | 10 EUR | Within 24 hours after approval | None on our side |
| Bank transfer | 50 EUR | 1–3 banking days | None on our side; bank may charge |
| Bitcoin | 0.0002 BTC | After 1 blockchain confirmation | Network charges only |
| Litecoin / Tether (USDT-TRC20) | 0.01 LTC / 10 USDT | After 1 network confirmation | Network charges only |
Cards remain the most familiar route for European there, while e-wallets offer a faster internal queue once an account is verified. Transfers through a bank suit higher balances, and crypto is favoured by customers who want to bypass card issuer blocks. If you are unsure which method lines up with your bank, our support desk can highlight any country-level restrictions that may apply to your account.
Deposit stages from request to play
Our deposit flow is constructed to take no more than a minute from the cashier screen to the lobby. Once you pick an amount, the payment provider routes the request to the related processor, and the money land the moment authorisation returns. Failed authorisations are returned with the decline reason on display, so you can switch methods without leaving our cashier.
| Stage | What our system does | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Method selection | Lists eligible channels for your account and country | Pick a method and enter the deposit amount |
| 2. Authorisation | Routes the request through PCI-DSS certified providers | Confirm in your banking or wallet app if 3-D Secure is requested |
| 3. Crediting | Updates the cashier balance and the bonus engine | Open the lobby and start play |
| 4. Withdrawal request | Locks the funds and begins the KYC check | Choose the same method used for deposit where possible |
| 5. Approval and payout | Releases the funds through the chosen rail | Track the status in the cashier until the money arrives |
Deposits under 2,000 EUR skip additional document review, but the same transaction log still feeds our risk engine so that irregular play patterns are flagged before a withdrawal is requested. That early signal is what lets us keep pending times low for ordinary players.
Withdrawal stages and verification
Cashouts are the part of our cashier where timing matters most, so our team has arranged it into a tidy five-step pipeline. A cashout request first lands in our pending queue, where the system reconciles the balance against bonus wagering, active free rounds and any unresolved wagers. Once that check passes, the request moves to KYC, then to finance for approval, and finally to the payment channel for release.
Approved withdrawals on e-wallets typically land within 24 hours, while card payouts can take up to 3 banking days depending on the issuer. Bank transfers are released the same business day once finance signs off, although inter-bank settlement is outside our control. If anything blocks the request, you will see a clear reason in our cashier and an email explaining the next step, so a payout never sits in silence.
Deposit limits and payment timelines
Our limits are set per method rather than per player tier, which keeps the rules consistent from your opening deposit onward. The minimum is 10 EUR for cards and electronic wallets, 50 EUR for bank transfers and the equivalent crypto amounts shown in the table above. The maximum amount depends on the method, and members who want higher ceilings can request a raise through our cashier once the account is fully verified.
Fees are kept to a minimum on our side: cards and e-wallets move no surcharge, bank transfers inherit any charge set by the sending or receiving bank, and crypto payouts only pay the fee charged by the network. We never charge a fee for holding a balance, and dormant-account fee details are solely applied after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, in sit at with regular industry practice.
Account verification before cashouts
Verification, frequently called KYC, is a one-time step that opens up the full cashier. We ask for a government photo ID, a recent proof of address and, where the deposit came from a card, a masked image of the card front. Our team reviews documents inside 24 hours during weekdays, and most accounts clear in that first pass.
- Photo ID: passport, national ID card or driving licence
- Proof of address: utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days
- Payment ownership: masked card image or wallet account screenshot for large withdrawals
- Source-of-funds: salary slip, sale contract or similar, only when cumulative withdrawals exceed a high threshold
Submitting these documents early, before your first big win, is the simplest way to keep later withdrawals friction-free.
Supported currencies and crypto options
Our cashier accepts EUR as the main account currency, in addition to NOK, CAD and NZD for our core markets. When you deposit in a supported currency, the balance is held in that currency so you avoid double conversion on the way out. Crypto balances are settled at the on-chain rate recorded at credit time, and the same rate basis is reused when you withdraw, which protects you from mid-day swings between deposits and cashouts.
Players choosing to mix rails can keep a fiat balance and a crypto balance side by side, and transfer between them from inside the cashier. Each internal transfer is logged so that bonus wagering, tournament entry and loyalty points all follow the correct balance.
Payment security and fraud controls
Each deposit and withdrawal stands behind TLS 1.3 encryption and is processed by PCI-DSS certified providers, so card data never touches our game servers. A dedicated risk team monitors deposits against velocity rules, device fingerprints and known fraud lists, and any unusual pattern is paused for a manual review instead of blocked outright.
- TLS 1.3 encryption on every cashier page
- PCI-DSS certified payment providers
- Two-step authentication option for cashier logins
- 24/7 risk monitoring with manual review on flagged accounts
Members can in addition switch on two-step authentication inside player settings, which adds a one-time code to login and to the first withdrawal of the day. Combined with our internal controls, this delivers a payment environment that is hardened without becoming a chore to use.
Closing note from our cashier
Our deposits and cashouts are built around three straightforward promises: clear limits, honest fees and clear processing periods. The mix of cards, electronic wallets, bank account transfers and crypto lets you choose the rail that fits your bank, while the five-step payout pipeline keeps cashouts moving once the account is verified. Treat our cashier as part of the casino experience, run the KYC check early, and the rest of your time at our tables and slots stays centred on play instead of paperwork.
